Bo "Richmond Boys" Vs. Clifton Green in a Grudge Race at MIR


The Chevy Novas of Bo "Richmond Boys" and Clifton Green go head up in a grudge race at Maryland International Raceway on Saturday, November 3, 2007.  Clifton left the starting line first with wheels in the air but that wasn't enough to hold off the "Richmond Boys" once he hit the second stage of nitrous at the bottom end.  Both cars made great passes but it was the "Richmond Boys" who took home the win in this match.

  
Carlos Wells Makes Test Runs At Maryland Intl Raceway


Carlos Wells of the WLC  (Wells, Lake & Covin) Motorsports Teams made a few test runs in the 1963 Pontiac Tempest on  Saturday, November 3, 2007 at Maryland International Raceway.  On his final pass of the day Carlos made a clean pass down the quarter mile to run a 7.54 @ 180 mph.  That was a great pass.  We look forward to seeing the WLC Motorsports Team in 2008, we hear that they still have a little more horsepower to unleash.

  
Chris Croom Gets His First Win At The Winterfest Shootout

Chris Croom and William Brown face off in the final at the ProGlide Winterfest 2007 held on Saturday, November 3, 2007 at Roxboro Dragway. Chris in his 1968 Chevy Camaro started out his day qualifying in the #1 spot going a 4.23.  And he finished  his day in the winner's circle running a 4.27@171 to defeat William who ran a 4.29 @171.   We Congratulate Chris on his first win and we also Congratulate William on his runner-up victory and for making it an all "Brother" Final.


   
David Johnson Sr.  Gets Back to Back Wins at Colonial Beach Dragway

 

David Johnson, Sr. was on a roll this weekend at Colonial Beach Dragway getting a win over Wesley Washington, Jr. on Saturday, November 3, 2007 to come back on the next day to win the final round on Sunday, November 4, 2007.  We Congratulate David on his winning weekend.  We also would like to Congratulate Wesley on his runner-up win for making it an all "Brother" Final on Saturday.

Larry King Wins Street Class at Capitol Raceway


Larry King in his Chevy Camaro wins in the Street Class at Capitol Raceway on Saturday, November 3, 2007.  We Congratulate Larry on his final round victory.
We would also like to Congratulate Sammy "Pop" Carrol for making it to the semi finals.


 
Kip Green Goes to the Final in Motorcycle Class at Capitol Raceway
Kip Green gets runner-up in the Motorcycle Class at Capitol Raceway on Saturday, November 3, 2007.  We Congratulate Kip on making it to the final.  We also would like to Congratulate Wardell Pinkney on going to the semi final round getting down to the last 4 bikes in the eliminations.



  
Jerron Settles Last "Brother" Standing in Top ET at Capitol Raceway


Jerron Settles in his "Imagine That" Dragster was the last "Brother" standing in Top Eliminator at Capitol Raceway on Saturday, November 3, 2007.  Jerron ended his day in the 4th round of competition in Top Eliminator.  We Congratulate Jerron for being the last "Brother" standing.
