Robert "Block" Harley in his 1969 Plymouth Barracuda was the last "Brother" standing in Class II on Saturday, August 4, 2007 at Capitol Raceway. Robert's lost came by way of a break-out he was dialed in on a 11.98 going a 11.96 with a 5.03 reaction time. That was a great race. Congratulations go out to Robert for being the last "Brother" standing.
