Antron Brown is Back With Schumacher Racing

It has been reported on go2geiger.com, that Mike Ashley Racing's Top Fuel operation has been sold in its entirety to Don Schumacher Racing.

The sale includes the Matco Tools Top Fuel dragster driven by Antron Brown, who was raced Pro Stock Motorcycle for Don Schumacher Racing before starting his career in Top Fuel Dragster. Antron and the Matco Tools team has been assured that it will remain intact for the final two races of the NHRA Full Throttle Series season. We wish Antron the best of luck with the Schumacher Racing Team.

Antron Brown Goes to the Final in Top Fuel Dragster
at Virginia Motorsports Park

Antron Brown goes to the final at the Virginia NHRA Nationals held at Virginia Motorsports Park in Dinwiddie, VA on October 9-11, 2009. Antron took the win over Karamesines in the 1st Rd; Schumacher in the 2nd Rd and Kalita in the 3rd Rd. Losing in the final against Bernstein to take home the runner-up win in the final. Antron is currently in the #4 spot in the points; 81 point behind the points leader Schumacher. We still have faith that Antron will take the lead in the points. We Congratulate Antron in his final round finish.

Michael Phillips Gets His 1st Win of the Season in Pro Stock Bike
at the O’Reilly NHRA Mid-South Nationals

Michael Phillips goes from Runner-up last week to WINNER this week. After qualifying #5 with a 6.919 @ 196.70; Michael goes to the final and takes the win over Eddie Krawiec at the O'Reilly NHRA Mid-South Nationals held in Memphis, TN on Oct 2-5, 2009. Michael beat Treble - 1st Rd; Tonglet - 2nd Rd and Arana - 3rd Rd. We Congratulate Michael on his first win of the season. Thanks for making our wish come true; we knew you could do it.
