Sammy Carter and Darrick Penamon made it down to the final four cars in OPS at
Capitol Raceway on Friday, October 30, 2009. The race ended in a 4 way split of
the purse due to the rain; putting a stop to the last OPS race of the year at Capitol Raceway. Congrats go out to Darrick and Sammy on a great race!!
