Mustang Mike Modesto wins the ORTC Boosted at Outlaw Radial Tire Championship held at Brandenton Motorsports Park on Oct 23-25, 2009. Earlier in this month Mustang Mike set a new drag radial record at Maryland International Raceway running a 4.53 - 1/8 mile and 6.92 in the 1/4 mile.
