Travis Harvey Goes to the Winner's Circle
in Pro Mod at Custom Ts Battle on the Hill

Travis Harvey better know as the "Carolina Kid" and car owner Vaughn Myles came to Maryland to take home the win in the Pro Mod Grudge Race at the Custom Ts Battle on the Hill held at Capitol Raceway on Saturday, October 6, 2012. And that they did. Travis running in the low 4s took the win over Troy "Short Dog" Henderson in the first race and then he turn on the win light on Jeff Rodgers in the final race.

Greg Walker and Charlie Redd Split in the Final
of the Quarter Mile Brothers Top Sportsman Shootout

Greg Walker and Charles Redd agreed to split in the final of the
Quarter Mile Brother's Top Sportsman Shootout at the
Custom Ts Battle on the Hill Race held at Capitol Raceway on
Saturday, October 6, 2012. Greg made a single pass down
the track to be declared as the official winner.
While Charlie lined up for a pre-scheduled grudge race; w
hich he won.

We Congratulate Greg on his final round victory.

Bobby Eley Goes to the Final in His First 5.90 Index Race


Bobby Eley goes to the final round in his first competition race in 5.90 Index class at Virginia Motorsports Park. Bobby qualified #3 with 5.917; first round he ran a 5.900 ET; 2nd round 5.908; 3rd round 5.92 and got the bye run in the 4th round where is ran a 5.87. Finishing off with a 5.904 in the final. That new Nesbitt Performance Engine did the job. We Congratulate Bobby on his outstanding performance.

Charles Brunson IV, Junior Dragster Driver
for Save Our Youth /Racing 4 Life
Hanging Out with the Big Boys at Maple Grove


Charles Brunson IV and Save Our Youth/Racing for Life Organization were
invited to take part in the NHRA Youth and Education Services (YES) Program
presented by the U.S. Army. This event took place at the NHRA Auto Parts
Nationals held at Maple Grove Raceway, October 4-7, 2012.
Charles had the opportunity talk to and hang out with Antron Brown,
Tony Schumacher and Steve Johnson during this event. This was a amazing
opportunity for Charles and the Save Our Youth/Racing for Life Organization.
