Wesley Washington Jr. Gets Pulled for the Mulligan
and Takes Home the Win

Wesley Washington Jr. truly had luck on his side when his name was pulled for the
mulligan in the 5th round of 10K Top Eliminator race held on Wednesday, October 7, 2009
at "Pro Stock Open" at Maryland International Raceway. Wesley lost first round, but with the luck of the draw Wesley took the win when it counted most, in the final round.
We Congratulate Wesley on his big money win.


Dave Brodsky and J.R. Harris Team up for the $10 K Race at MIR

Dave Brodsky and J.R. Harris decided to team up for the big $10K race held at the "Pro Stock Open" at Maryland International Raceway on Wednesday, October 7, 2009. Dave driving his dragster powered by J.R.'s newly built 632 Engine (built by Dave) took the dragster out
to see how the engine would perform; and boy did it pay off. Dave went to the final round
in the $10K Top Eliminator where he lost against Wesley Washington, Jr.
We Congratulate Dave and JR on a great runner-up victory.


Jerron Settles Makes a Great Come Back


After a (3) month hiatus ,
Jerron Settles
came back with a vengeance.

Jerron got down to the last (6) cars in competition in Top Eliminator
at the "Pro Stock Open" held at Maryland International Raceway on
Wednesday, October 7, 2009. We Congratulate Jerron on a great come back.

Edmund "Mr. 5 Speed" Hall and Mike "Hitman" Hill competited in a Best 2 out 3 Match Race at Montgomery Motorsport Raceway in Montgomery, AL on Sunday, October 4, 2009. The race got
off to a great start Edmund Hall took the win in the first race running a career best time with
a margin victory of .020 at the finish. In the 2nd race; Mike and Edmund had close reaction
times off the line Mike with a .023 and Edmund with a .028; but it would be Mike Hill who took the
win in this round with a margin victory of .018. Before the the best 2 out of 3 could be determine
mother nature called it a draw when the rain came down and the race was called off.
Who will it be Edmund "Mr. 5 Speed" Hall or Mike "Hitman" Hill ? To be continued!

Peggy Llewellyn Spokesperson for "Divas For A Cure"

Peggy Llewellyn, NHRA Pro Stock Motorcyclist, has been named celebrity spokesperson for Divas For A Cure (DFAC), to promote breast cancer awareness in Black and
Latina/Hispanic communities. Divas For A Cure (DFAC) is a national service-based
nonprofit organization dedicated to raising cancer awareness through early detection,
education, screenings and supporting research for eradicating cancer among women, specifically Black and Latina/Hispanic. The organization is unique in that its African-American
and Latina women ride motorcycles across country to raise funds and awareness throughout
the year and participate in their signature fundraiser, "Divas For A Cure Breast Cancer Motorcycle Run". We Congratulate Peggy on being selected for this very important role.
