Custom T's of D.C. Promotes Another Great Race On Thursday, July 3, 2008 the day before Independence Day the crowd filled the track at Colonial Beach Dragway with standing room only for the Independence Day Shootout. The Quick 8 and Top Sportsman cars laid down great runs and low ETs in a non-stop program promoted by Larry Thompson of Custom T's of D.C.. We would like to Congratulate this young "Brother" (Larry Thompson) and his associates on another successful event. Rufus Hill Goes to Another Final Round in Footbrake at Colonial Beach Dragway Rufus Hill makes his 2nd final round appearance in two weeks on Sunday, June 29, 2008 in the Footbrake Class at Colonial Beach Dragway. Rufus fell one round short of the victory taking home the runner-up finish. We Congratulate Rufus on his performance. |
