ADRL U.S. Drag VI at Virginia Motorsports Park

Travis Harvey, behind the wheel of the Pro Mod Camaro owned by Vaughn Myles,
qualified #1 in the Aeromotive Fuel Systems Pro Mod class with a 3.9
12 ET @ 189.58
on Saturday, June 8, 2013 at the ADRL Speed Tech Simply Phones U.S. Drags VI
held at Virginia Motorsport Park. Travis didn’t stop there he went on to
finish in the final on Sunday, June 9, 2013 taking the runner-up win.

We Congratulate Travis for Qualifying #1 and for his Runner-up Finish.




William Brown III Turns on the Win Light in the Top Sportsman Final
at ADRL U.S. Drag VI at Virginia Motorsports Park

William Brown III  in front of his home town crowd went 4 rounds to the final
round victory in Top Sportsman at the ADRL Speedtech, Simply Phones U.S. Drags VI
held at Virginia Motorsports Park on Sunday, June 9, 2013. In the final
William and his opponent had almost identical reaction times off the line but
it would be William who would turn on the win light at the finish line.
As you may remember, William won Top Sportsman in the
ADRL World Finals in 2012 and finished # 2 in the points in ADRL Top Sportsman.

We Congratulate William on an outstanding final round victory in ADRL Top Sportsman.




Wendall Howard Clinches the Win in Top Dragster
at ADRL U.S. Drag VI at Virginia Motorsports Park

in his “Hulk” dragster competed in Top Dragster at the
ADRL Speed Tech Simply Phones U.S. Drags VI held at Virginia Motorsport Park
on June 8-9, 2013. Wendell was deadly off the tree with .00 reaction times 3 out of 4
rounds. But it wouldn’t be his reaction time that would win the final;
Wendell dialed in on a 5.45 in the final and ran dead on his dial-in which
gave him the win by .008 at the finish line.

Charles Brunson IV Goes to the Final in
Top Junior Dragster at His First ADRL National Event

Charles Brunson IV, Junior Dragster driver, for “Save Our Youth – Racing for Life” competed in his first national event on Sunday, June 9, 2013. Charlie and the team traveled to Richmond, VA to compete in the Top Junior Dragster class at the ADRL U.S. Drags VI held at Virginia Motorsports Park. This turn out to be an amazing experience for Charlie and his team. 
Charlie went (4) rounds in competition to finish in the final, coming up short by .008 and taking home the runner-up win. This was Charlie’s 3rd final round in three weeks.

We Congratulate Charlie and "Save Our Youth – Racing for Life" Team on their Runner-up win in ADRL Top Junior Dragster and for a great first time appearance at a national event.




Delante Green Part of a 3 Way Split in Top Eliminator
at Maryland International Raceway

Delante Green went 5 rounds in Top Eliminator at Maryland International Raceway on Saturday, June 8, 2013.  Delante got down to the last 3 cars in competition in Top Eliminator when the race was called because of the curfew. The 3 remaining racers split the purse.

We Congratulate Delante for getting down to the last 3 cars in
Top Eliminator and for being the “Last Brother Standing.”




Tarrell Sinkler Gets Down to Last 8 Cars
in Top Eliminator at Richmond Dragway

Tarrell Sinkler behind the wheel of his Uncle's dragster gets down to the last 8 cars in Top Eliminator at the ET Raider Race held at Richmond Dragway on Saturday, June 1, 2013.
It just goes to show you that its not the car but the driver that wins rounds.
