in the Street Eliminator Final at the New Capitol Raceway

Gerrell Applo, Renardo "Nardi" Smith and Marvin Lucas got down to the last (3) cars in competition
in the Street Eliminator on Saturday, June 7, 2014. Gerrell had the best light in the quarterfinals which gave him the bye into the final round were he turned on the win light against Nardi Smith.

We Congratulate Gerrell on a great win.
We also Congratulate Nardi for his Runner-up win and Marvin on his Semi-Final Round finish.

Birthday Wishes Come True for "Happy Jack"
at the New Capitol Raceway

"Happy Jack" came out to the New Capitol Raceway on Saturday, May 31, 2014 to
celebrate his 72nd Birthday with driver Emmanuel "E-Man" Johnson and his wife Keenny
along with family and friends. Jack also brought his Chevy Nova to the track
and said that his birthday wish was for the car to go a 9.90 ET. Well we are happy to say that birthday wishes really do come true. With E-Man between the while of Jack's car he
ran a 9.88 ET making it a wish come true for Happy Jack; what a wonderful gift.
