Charlie Braxton goes to his 2nd final in Street in two weeks at Capitol Raceway on Saturday, May 9, 2009. This time Charlie turn on the win light taking home the win over Ralph Finney. We Congratulate Charlie on his final round victory. We also Congratulate Ralph for winning the runner-up spot. And we thank both Charlie and Ralph for making in an all "Brother" Final.
