Monti Fitzgerald Gets Back to Back Wins In B-Gas

Monti Fitzgerald does it again! Monti wins in the B-Gas Class at the Pro Gas and Big Bucks Race held at the Sacramento Raceway on Sunday, April 13, 2008. Monti is now 2 for 2. We Congratulate Monti on his back to back wins.

 

David Johnson Sr. Goes to the Final in Top ET at Colonial Beach

David Johnson, Sr. competing in the Top Eliminator class takes his Ford Mustang to the Final Round at Colonial Beach Dragway on Sunday, April 13, 2008. This is David's 2nd Final Round finish for 2008.

Jerron Settles Goes to the 5th Round in $5000 Race at MIR

Jerron Settles in his "Imagine That" custom painted Dragster goes to the 5th Round in the $5,000 Race held at Maryland International Raceway on Saturday, April 12, 2008 during the IHRA Summit Pro-Am Tour Doubleheader. We Congratulate Jerron on being the last "Brother" standing.

 

Booth Trucking & Troy Henderson Face Off In 1st Rd of Frantic 7

Troy Henderson in his 1969 Camaro faced off against Matt Suite driving the 1997 Cutlass owned by Booth Trucking in the first round of Frantic 7.  Troy had the hole shot off the line but it was Booth Trucking first to the finish line. Booth Trucking ran a 6.59 @ 211 mph and Troy ran a 6.65 @ 206 mph. We Congratulate Booth Trucking & Troy on their outstanding performance.

 

Grant Brothers & Bad News Motorsports Battle for the Win in T/S

The Grant Brothers Racing Team and Bad News Motorsports battled for the win in Top Sportsman at Virginia Motorsports Park on Saturday, April 12, 2008.  The Grant Brothers in their new Buck powered Cavalier took home the win.  We Congratulate the Grant Brothers Racing Team and Bad News Motorsports for making it an all “Brother” Final.

Malik & Kai Poindexter Represents the "Brothers" In Jr. Dragster

Malik and Kai Poindexter represented the “Brothers” in Junior Dragster at the IHRA Summit Pro Tour at Maryland International Raceway on Saturday, April 12, 2008. Malik 14 and Kai 12 started their racing careers about 5 years ago.  They have been traveling around to different tracks this year with their parents Kevin and Sherri. We would like to congratulate  Kai for making it to the quarter finals on Saturday and for being the last “Brother” standing in Junior Dragster.   We would also like to Congratulate Malik on his runner-up win at Richmond Dragway on Saturday, March 29, 2008.    Way to good guys!  We look forward to seeing you both in the winner’s circle.

 

Wendell Denny Goes to The Final in Mod ET at Superduck Dragway

Wendell Denny in his Chevy Nova goes to the final in the Mod ETon Saturday, April 12, 2008 at Sumerduck Dragway. Wendell was the winner in Footbrake Class at the Southern Bracket Racing Associations Finals in 2007. Congratulations Wendell on winning Runner-Up in Mod ET.

 

Monti Fitzgerald -West Coast Pro Gas Association

The West Coast Pro Gas Association founded by Monti Fitzgerald a B-Gas Class Racer and the son of the legendary Cloy Fitzgerald (Former NHRA Tech Inspector). This is a grass roots organization of drag racers with a common goal. Their goal is to promote fun and affordable index racing in the state of California. They provide exciting heads up racing with good payouts. The rules are similar to the Good guys Gas classes with some exceptions.
