Message from Outlaw Small Block Association President Bill Harris Hello OSBA Members & Friends, The OSBA will take center stage at "The Rumble in the Park" on April 18th at Virginia Motorsports Park, Dinwiddie, Virginia. There will also be wild Pro Mod action on the same day. The North East Pro Mod Association will have a 16 car shootout. Tell all you friends, neighbors, and co-workers, they don't want to miss this one. A full day of all heads-up racing action. What a place to open! If you haven't raced at VMP in awhile, I would like to welcome you to the new "Hook City, USA". There is no doubt that many records will be set this year. We are excited to have all of our classes back competing this year. (C/2) Extreme Modified, (C/1) Pro Stock, (U/L) Unlimited and Drag Radials are all back along with the addition of our "Small Block vs. The World Index Racing" program. New for 2009: - New names for C/1 & C/2 - Twin Turbos allowed in Unlimited class - New points system (members)
