Pro Mod Driver Derrick Townes Has a New Look for 2010 Derrick Townes has taken delivery of his newly painted 68’ Camaro from Performance Autocrafters. Derrick raced with the Northeast Outlaw Pro Mod Association in 2009 finishing #5 in points in the Extreme Blower/Turbo Class. Derrick's best elapsed time to date is 6.32 @228 mph in the quarter mile. Derrick is scheduled to debute his beautiful new paint scheme at the Northeast Out Pro Mod Association season opener on May 1, 2010 at Virginia Motorsports Park. We wish Derrick the best of luck in 2010.

David Campbell Takes Delivery of His New 1970.5 Race Tech Camaro Big Dog Racer, David Campbell, has just taken delivery of this Cynergy-bodied 1970.5 Race Tech Camaro. David will join Jason Harris and Travis Harvey, who will all campaign fast doorslammers in various heads-up leagues in the southeast. David is expected to be debuted the car at the Big Dog Season Opener at Piedmont Dragway on April 1, 2010. We wish David and the Pro Tech Team best of luck for the 2010 season. |

Wheeler Davis is the 2009 National Dragster's
"Be A Winner, Be A Member" Winner Wheeler Davis was randomly selected (out of 3,484 participants) as the grand prize winner of the "Be A Winner, Be A Member" Program. As the winner; Wheeler was awarded a 2-day Super class (valued at $1,795) at Frank Hawley's NHRA Drag Racing School. National Dragster also provided $500 in spending money, bringing the told prize value to $2,295.
